OK, so I had to have a burger at some point - especially as the Iechyd da Catering stall had been recommended by excellent Welsh band Calan.
This one distinguishes itself from its crappy airshow brethren by being both cheap and nice. £4.50 for a really decent burger, with salad, cheese and a spicy home made relish thrown in - that's a bit more like it. No 50p per extra topping cynicism here.
It's a biggish operation, with chefs visible in the background preparing their other meals (chilli, chicken casserole, stew and dumplings, veggie cottage pie, cauliflower and broccoli bake, salads) in the background.
