The weekend starts well - really well - with a plate of chicken and chorizo paella from the first stall I see that isn't a bacon and burger van.
The bar is set high - I wouldn't be disappointed in this at a restaurant, but a restaurant would be charging more than £6.50! Just the right level of spice, and enough fresh chopped tomato to give it zing and lift it above being a plate of stodgy rice.
It's eaten to the sounds of Tinderbox, young and politically aware.
